FanZai maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to the safety of minors and cooperate fully with global safety organizations.

Automated Screening: We use industry-standard technology (including hashing and digital fingerprinting) to automatically detect and flag CSAM content.
Reporting Obligations: We are legally mandated to report any instance of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Legal Preservation: We will preserve all account data, metadata, and IP logs associated with suspected child exploitation, even if an account is deleted, to assist in legal investigations.
Termination: Users found uploading or sharing CSAM will be permanently banned and reported without prior notice.
